Sigi (Siegfrido Pineda) worked briefly for Los Castillo and Salvador Teran and then Margot before opening his own Shop Plateros. The brooch has a Beautiful Design raised with an oxydized back marked Sigi on the back. Some markings are smudged. There is 92..the 5 is missing and other marks are smudged. (I think an eagle) 2 1/8 inches Vintage Condition pin back lock.
