U.S. Maritime Service Mother pillow cover in shades of brown and beige with gold painted flocked design on silk with tassels. In good condition. A few of the tassels needs fluffing.
16 1/2 inches X 16 1/2 inches plus 1 3/4 inch tassels.
FYI, The United States Maritime Service was established in 1938 under the provisions of the Merchant Marine Act of 1936 as voluntary organization to train individuals to become officers and crew members on merchant ships that form the United States Merchant Marine.
