Victorian Clarks Spool Cotton Wooden Box circa 1880s. Fantastic Lithograph hinged Birdseye Maple with latch closure. Lithograph lovely and branded. Stamp mark inside bottom as well as the outside bottom. Measures Length 4 inch X Width 2 7/8 inch X Height 2 1/4 inch. There is a crack near hinge on backside of lid as well as some dry shrinkage separation going down back sides see picture.One of the hinges needs two tiny brad nails. Otherwise incredibly fantastic conditon.
