This is a vintage gold tone necklace with a filigree pendant. The pendant has a large blue prong set rhinestone in the center with small faux seed pearls scattered around it. The necklace is not signed and I do not know who made it. It does have an older style spring ring. It measures 17 inches long. The pendant measures 1-1/4 inches in diameter.
