This unique vintage letter opener is crafted from solid brass and styled after a traditional Asian Guan Dao (halberd blade). The flared blade section features fine etched/engraved detail depicting a Chinese dragon winding among cloud scrolls. The piece exhibits a rich aged brass patina consistent with age and use. It makes a distinctive desk accessory, paper cutter, or addition to a collection of vintage brass metalware and Asian decor.
