Vintage Cabbage Patch Preemie Blue Jon Jon and cap Nautical. This is two piece that originally was sold with a white shirt. Only have the two pieces. The blue Jon Jon has the little sailboat appliqué. With velcro closure in the back. The cap has little ear flappers and a white ribbon tie and has a cure anchor appliqué.
