This is a vintage sterling silver filigree and pale blue rhinestone necklace. It is signed ESPO STERLING. The necklace has 3 prong set pale blue rhinestones in the center. The necklace measures 16 inches long. The center drop measures 3/4 of an inch long. There is a filigree link on either side of the rhinestone portion.
