This is a pair of vintage gold tone scatter pins. The pins have dark red prong set rhinestones. They are so dark that they appear black in my pictures. The pins are not signed and the settings are an Art Nouveau style. They measure 1 inch by 3/4 of an inch. The pins are in very good condition and appear to have been gently worn, if at all.
