This is a pair of vintage scatter pins in the shape of owls. The pins are not signed. The owls have blue glass bellies and eyes. The pins measure 1-1/4 inches long and 5/8 of an inch wide. In my picture, one owl's belly looks like it has a crack. It does not. I believe it is a swirl of glue showing through the glass.
