I have to say that my experience was outstanding! Camille is a wonderful and helpful person. I had trouble getting my order to go through. She helped make the whole thing pleasent and I really appreciate that she went ahead a gifted me with shipping. The ponytail clip I received was even more beautiful in person, than the very detailed pixtures. I loved receiving the little card with a note from Camille. Best customer experience, ever! I purchased a hard-to-find Gibson Staffordshire sugar and creamer to match a teapot I already owned. Shipping was instant and reasonable; fragile treasures protected and arrived in perfect condition. Timely and gracious communication and lovely touches--a card, a tiny gift--but what I appreciated the most was the specific detailed description that took me DIRECTLY to my heart's desire.
