Wonderful old Victorian Pinchbeck (Gold)Half moon Brooch....that I would say at one time had a bar across the middle of the horseshoe, as there is a mark either side that looks as if it did. This does not detract from the brooch, and it does not show at all. The clasp is an antique C, and it is 1 1/4 inches across, and 1 inch long. A lovely addition to your Victoriana jewelry collection.
