This is a unique end nippers pliers with the spring loaded multi-jointed leverage on the handles area.  In most cases the joint pins are all exposed, but on this model, the joint pins are hidden.  This antique nippers is marked "GBWS GERMANY" with the W being the largest letter in the logo.  We have not seen another small nippers like this one.  The condition is Good+ with no rust or damage and minor wear on the cutting edges.  We do note that the parallel cutting edges do not actually make contact with each other, but these nipper can do a nice job cutting single strand copper wire with ease.  I am not sure what type wire they were designed to cut, but will not cut musical instrument wire.  A nice unique cutter pliers!
