This is a clean 9" long slip joint pliers / wire cutters, marked (very lightly) "BERNARD" on one side. In very good used condition with very little wear noted, in very good working order. The jaws are only 5/16" wide, capacity is from about 0-.5" on the flats, or about 3/4" diameter. A hard to find model number! I see quite a few Bernard's patented pliers, but it's very rare to see this one!
