African American Birthday Party Barbie Doll Mattel 1992 with cake to write your name on. African American Birthday Party Barbie doll never removed from her box. She is just lovely in her gown of sparkle pink, blue and white. She has wonderful long black hair, a heart necklace and is holding The Birthday Cake. Note her cake fell out of her hands moving the box around taking pictures but, she holds it and you can see in close up photo its there and she's holding it. It is in the box with her. She is no. 7948 from 1992 and has never been out of her box, but the plastic on the box is cracked down one side an the top is loosened. A great Barbie Doll to help celebrate.
