This is a rarely seen, heavy duty, adjustable type wrench marked "B & C 8 IN" in raised lettering on the handle area. There is also the remaining BEMIS & CALL marked on one side, just in front of the thumbscrew. This is a thumbscrew gear jaw drive design. A basic design, with 11/16" wide jaws at the widest point, in good condition overall. There is a mild twist in the handle section, could be straightened. A nice clean example with good markings on it.
