This is a nice clean adjustable 6" (small) monkey wrench marked "BEMIS & CALL H & T CO. SPRINGFIELD MASS. U.S.A." and also has the B & C circular logo (Trade mark). So B & C is the manufacturer and this wrench is also marked "FULTON" who was the marketing distrubutor.  This is a very rare combination of markings based on my local observation here in Ohio.  This is the smaller sized monkey wrench in very good working condition, straight, not damage, minimal wear, no rust, very good hardwood insert in the handle, jaws in great shape, very good alignment, minimal wear.  Certainly the nicest of it's sort we have offered in the past 20+ years!
