This is a nice clean 10" long, 31/32" & 29/32" open end S-Handle wrench marked "THE BILLINGS & SPENCER CO. HARTFORD CONN. U.S.A. 2033 5/8 OC 1/2 U.S.S.". Note: Pre-1929 wrenches in the U.S.A. were often marked in reference to the bolt diameter, not the actually opening, or width of the opening in the wrench as in this case. Overall it's in very good condition, with some light darkening on the finish, not rusty. There is a few dings noted around the nut openings, minimal, less than normal wear. Heavy duty, weight is 1.2 pounds. A vintage wrench!
