This fun outfit could have been a costume for Mary Tyler Moore on the Dick Van Dyke show. Mary Tyler Moore started the cropped pants/cigarette pants craze with housewives in the US at the time of the Dick Van Dyke Show. Polka dot fitted top with a great blue bow goes over a pair of no waist pants that some people call cropped pants, cigarette pants, or pedal pushers. There is a little fading on the blue lace under the bow, but is not noticeable since the bow is there. The top fit my 7/8 dress form, but very tight. Measurements are: Bust 36", waist 26" and hips 38". In excellent condition.
