This is a unique multi-tool with several features on it like a wire cutter, bottle opener, screwdriver tips, inch scale, alligator wrench and more.  There is a pivot pin in the center of the 2 blades.  This tool is marked PAT APPL'D FOR on one side.  It's a little bit darkened on the finish, not rusty, clean.
