This is a machine crank handle for a Buck's machine and so marked.  There is a stamped number "3" Next to the Buck's raised cast lettering.  There is also a "B" logo with an arrow going through it on the opposite side.  The male part of the machine the female part of this handle will fit is triangular in shape.  The measured distance over the triangle in the handle is .75" but tapers toward the outside to about 83. as a sort of lead taper.  The handle looks like an antique cast steel handle and is in good shape, no rust no damage, minor wear.
