This wonderful halter top dress with jacket would look great at any party. You actually have 2 different styles on this dress. The halter top by itself and then add the chiffon jacket and there is a different style there. Tag says size 13, but it fits my 7/8 dress form. Bust is 38", waist is 28" and hips 40". Both jacket and dress are in excellent condition.
