The main focus is on healthy traditional food recipes for Appetizers, soups, drinks, sauces, salads and more. Very nice condition overall, clean, very little wear. Has and index outlining many specific sections. This book is 8" x 10" with 336 pages. Overall very good condition, with minor wear on the covers, a small angle cut off on the top front cover.
