This is a very nice, heavy, oversize cookbook titled CULINARIA GREECE GREEK SPECIALTIES. It is a 2004 First Ed. by Konemann, first printing with hardcovers and dust jacket. In very good condition, with slight wear on the dust jacket, and one edge bump on the lower cover edge noted. The main focus is on traditional food and drink throughout the country of Greece. The photos, including color maps are extensive, at least one photo per page on average. There is also a good bit of focus on various traditional drink as well as food and recipes. This book is 11.0 x 12.6" with 460 pages. Overall very good condition.
