This is a very nice, top quality adjustable chain wrench marked "DIAMOND TOOL and HORSESHOE CO. DULUTH MINN. CW 12", and also has the Horseshoe logo toward the end of the handle. The other side is also marked "DIAMALLOY STEEL MADE IN U.S.A.". It has very little wear if any. Most likely never used.
