There are many Evan Picone skirts available, but not one with this design. Waist is 28" and hips are 40". The pictures do not do justice to the colors. It is light red almost pink and black zig zag. Real color is in the picture with the tag. Sorry, could not get the real color picture unless really close to the material. In excellent condition.
