This is a nice clean, early patented adjustable wrench. Marked "MOSSBERG WRENCH CO. ATTLEBORO MASS. PAT. NO. 19 & DEC. 3, 1895" on the wrench. The 5" long size is rare, particularly in this design due to the fact is was quite light duty and often abused and bent. This one is very straight, has a straight handle, the jaws align nicely, and the adjustment is in good smooth working order. There is no sign of pitting noted on surfaces, no rust, a few minor dings. A very collectible early production wrench!
