It has the special pages in the front describing the full book with sample pages all through and the publisher of the sample book marked as Fidelity Publishing Co. of Philadelphia. It has the salesman's pages in the back to describe the book and pages to record orders. It has 128 pages with so many wonderful photos. It is a hard covered sample of the 561 full book with the Queen's picture on the front and there is a page typed on the front of the bag to protect it that describes the condition from the special estate sale it was purchased from. It is sold just as found and is a rare find.
