This a very clean used, yet like new spring caliper that is marked "THE LUFKIN RULE CO. SAGINAW MICH. MADE IN U.S.A.". It measures 8" long from the center line of the pivot joint to the tips. It is in very good working order, good clean threaded rod, and solid nut, very good pivot joint, the spring is still strong. There is no rust, no damage, basically like new. The tip are smooth with no wear noted, in ready to use condition. A quality made tool, by a well known maker!
