Late 70s to early 80s this style of dress was very popular. Wonderful gathering at the top for exact fit. Label says, "J.C. Penney, Size 12". It fits my 7/8 dress form, so we have ground some. Bust is 36", but could be stretched more with the gathering. Waist is 26" and hips are "40". Length is 42" from waist. In excellent condition.
