This is a very nice, heavy, oversize cookbook titled Mediterranean Food of the Sun. It is a 2002 second Ed., with decorated hardcovers, no dust jacket. In very good condition, with slight wear on the edges noted. The main focus is on traditional food and drink throughout the Mediterranean Sea regions. The photos of completed recipes dishes are extensive, at least one photo per page on average, some photos of ports and places in the area of the Med.. There is also a good bit of focus on various traditional drink as well as food and recipes. This book is 9.25 x 12.0" with 512 pages. Overall very good condition.
