This is a nice clean antique adjustable/sliding bevel square that is marked MILLERS FALLS NO. 1408 MADE IN U.S.A. on the beam.  It is in very clean and working condition.  This bevel is in nice shape with the 6-7 inch blade good shape and the blade can be tightened down with the set screw in the end of the main beam.  The slot screw is another adjustment you can use.  It is all steel and mostly polished surface, but I don't know if it was nickel plated originally but does seem to be brighter in some area more than others.  A rare collectible measuring tool!
