This is a nice clean inside caliper marked "P. LOWENTRAUT MFG. CO. NEWARK N.J." along with a "US" logo in a diamond. A nicely made tool from the 1905-1920's era. These measure only 4" long. They have a good firm hinge joint, they are clean with very little wear. A nice clean antique machinist tool overall!
