This is a nice clean vintage battery terminal pliers marked "PENENS CORP CHICAGO 3318" on one side near the pivot joint.  The pivot is snug, the jaw serrations are in good shape, no damage anywhere.  We note some minor pitting on the side that is marked be the maker.  A nice design, quality U.S.A. made mechanical tool!
