The dust jacket has wear, tears, a piece missing on bottom front and fauxing, more visible inside. The hard covered book outer is bright and vivid. There is wear at the corners and top and bottom spine from use and a tiny soiled spot at the top near the spine. There is pencil writing of persons name and Nov. 22 1935 at top of first page. Pictures are both in black and white and color and so fantastic. No tears or writing found inside the remainder of book. Peter's home is in a hole in the sand bank where he lives with his Ma and His Pa and his brothers, Flopsy and Mopsy and his little sister, Molly Cottontail. Used leaf for napkin after eating.
