This is a good used 10" long adjustable wrench with good heavy duty jaws.  It is marked "10 PROTO 710 LOS ANGELES  FORGED ALLOY STEEL" on the handle. There is some minor wear noted some small dings, most of the chrome plating has worn off, but the jaws are in good shape, overall in very good usable condition, with very good jaw alignment, and darkened finish. A nice clean vintage wrench from the 1940's! Proto Industrial was eventually sold to Stanley Tools, and throughout it's history was committed to top quality hand tools, and continues the same to this day.
