This is a quality made 4" round nose pliers in very good useable condition. This one is lightly marked by the maker "WELLAND" around the pivot joint on one side. The jaws are .075" diameter at the smallest end, tapering to about .200" at the largest end. A nice feature of these pliers is that they have a very small flat land with serations on the part of the jaw that touches one another, yet they appear as a full round nose pliers. These pliers are nice quality, with a very nice pivot joint design that is not loose in any way, snug, yet allows the jaws opened to .9" distance between the tips at the smallest end. Nice quality made, antique pliers!
