This is a basic bicycle adjustable wrench, but with a rare name marked on it. It is marked "S & E M CO. STEEL". So the wrench is similar to other names, but the stamped name is rare in this case. It feature the 1/16 inch increments up to 4 inches on one side, steel construction. A nice clean wrench with a few spots of minor pitting on the sliding jaw mostly. Jaws work smoothly, no damage, little wear. A rare wrench because of the name on it!
