This is a good quality mid-1900's vintage slip-joint pliers marked "S-K WAYNE 7385" on one side.  These pliers are basically like new with nearly all nickel plating intact, no wear noted any place.  Has a good adjustable joint pin with threaded nut to adjust the snugness of the joint if you wish.  A fine quality pliers.
