This is a nice clean tire repair clamp from an early 1900's. The cast lettering reads: THALER VUL-KIT MADE BY CASALER CO WAUPUN WIS PASTS PEND'G. This tool is very clean, no damage, may be unused. The hinge works just fine. We believe that this tire clamp came with a patch kit and was for a specific application of repair. It measures 7" long and the diameter inside the casting is 3.18".
