This is a very nice, clean 6' folding rule. This one is about 3/4 inch wide on each section, and has inch graduations on both sides. It is more heavy duty than most of these type of steel folding rules we have seen in the past, that were made in Germany. It is marked MADE IN GERMANY. It is similar to the well known Lufkin No. 1176 steel rule in size and shape, but with a different design or joints on each section. This style joint works very well, and this used rule is in very good shape in the joints, and steel sections area, with only a little wear on the graduation markings on the section with the folding hook feature. This is the first we have seen of this type, and in very good useable condition. Well worth the price!
