This is nice clean round belt pliers / cutters / pin punch tool with jaws that remain parallel to one another in any position up to .60" thick. They are marked by a rare maker as follows: "SARGENT & CO. NEW HAVEN CONN. MADE IN U.S.A. " Overall the pliers are in excellent working condition, the cutter area are in very good condition, no rust, some minor staining and some missing nickel plating, but plating is still about 95%. A very nice old tool, very good jaw alignment and control! Measures: 6.5" long, the jaws are .38" wide, and have a baring surface of about 1/2 at the front of the jaws with very good serrations".  A nice clear rarely see multi-function pliers.
