This is a quality U.S.A. made saw set pliers that is not marked by the maker but is exactly like another we have had that was marked with a sticker on one side, it was marked "E.C. STEARNS".   E. C. Stearns used stickers originally on this model and the sticker to mark this tool originally but the sticker is no longer attached.  This does have the cast lettering mark on the inside handle "MADE IN U.S.A."  This saw set is in good condition with no rust or damage, very little wear, snug pivot joint  and plunger pin. The plunger pin has a ^ shape and comes to about a .05" point at the top.  This is an adjustable model with a numbered indicator on the front to show a specific setting, number from 4-16. A nice clean, ready to use, hard to find model, by a well known maker!
