This is a large heart pendant. The pendant is not marked. It is made of some type of polished stone. I believe it is red agate. There are lines and veins throughout the stone. The bail is silver and could be sterling but it has not been tested. The pendant measures 1-3/4 inches by 1-1/2 inches. It is in very good condition but may need cleaning or polishing.
