Offering this innovative bicycle wrench multi-tool.  It is marked "VICTOR OVERMAN WHEEL CO. CHICOPEE FALLS MASS. PATENTED JANUARY 6, 1891" on one side of the handle area.  The lettering/engraving work on this wrench is among the best I've seen from this period, very nice.  So this is a bicycle wrench, a venier caliper (in inches upto 1-1/4" capacity), and a slot screw driver (at the end of the threaded moving jaw assembly).  It measures 4.9" long overall (with the jaw closed together).  The reach of the jaws are 3/4".  Overall in great shape with about 90% nickel plating intact, some minor dings and pitting, no rust, no damage, no bent, threads all work smoothly.  A very unique small wrench/multi-tool!
