Offered is a vintage Metal License Plate Frame for the VAN-ED FIAT Dealership that was located in Washington, Pa. (Western Pennsylvania). Overall very good condition. Chrome is very good on both sides. Just some light wear around the grommet hole areas and top and bottom edges.
