This chrome model 34BL87 Waring kitchen blender is from the mid 1980s. It has a metal switch at the front with two speeds, low and high, both of which work well. The ribbed heavy glass cloverleaf jar holds 40 ounces (5 cups). The blade has only three blade extensions, not four. It doesn't seem to affect the performance - I was able to chop a full pack of saltine crackers into fine crumbs with no problem. The underside has some spotty oxidation as shown. The heavy duty cord and plug have no splits or damage.
